Join the Walking Parade
The Celebrate250 Patriotic Parade will be held on Saturday, July 4th, 2026, starting at 11 am.

Parade Guidelines
- This is a NON-MOTORIZED parade.
- All entries must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages.
- Participants are encouraged to decorate using patriotic themes and colors.
- Throwing candy is NOT allowed but passing candy out to spectators is encouraged!
- Pets are welcome but must remain leashed and under control at all times.
- Participants under 13 must have adult supervision.
- Participants under 5 must be pulled in a wagon or stroller, or may ride their bike.
- Music is welcome but should remain at a reasonable volume.
- No political campaigning or offensive signage permitted.
- Parade organizers reserve the right to remove any unsafe or inappropriate entry.

Check-In Information
- Participants should arrive 1 hour before parade start time for lineup and check-in.
- Parking is encouraged at the City Lot south of Hotel Indigo between Lindsey & Brown Street. Formerly known as Sears Lot.
- You may drop individuals and items off to the C21 Scheetz lot before parking at the City Lot.
